FLEURCO INTRODUCES THE ACCESSIBLE DESIGN SHOWER BASES: A BASE IN STYLE FOR TODAY AND TOMORROW

Fleurco is introducing two innovative Accessible Design (AD) shower bases: a transfer and a roll-in type.  Both meet current and adapt to future needs of the homeowners. The AD bases install flush to the bathroom floor with a trench drain and stainless steel cover. They are wheelchair friendly and ease foot traffic accessibility, thus combining safety with style. A wide threshold can accommodate several FLEURCO shower door models.

This future-proof design solution allows homeowners to plan their bathroom today with a shower door installed. Tomorrow, if their lifestyle changes, they can transform it into a fully accessible shower by removing the shower unit and accessorizing it accordingly.

Transfer Type

1. ADA compliant transfer type shower base. Size: 38 5/8” x 39” x 2 5/8”.
2. Single piece construction with fibreglass bottom reinforcement.
3. Built in tile and floor flanges to ease installation.
4. Textured floor.
5. Wide threshold design to accommodate different inline FLEURCO shower door* configurations.
6. Leveled to floor trench drain with cover.
7. Removable stainless steel decorative drain cover for ease of maintenance.
8. Applicable certification; CSA and IAPMO.

Roll-in Type

1. ADA compliant roll-in type shower base. Size: 38 1/2” x 63” x 2 5/8”.
2. Single piece construction with fibreglass bottom reinforcement.
3. Built in tile and floor flanges to ease installation.
4. Textured floor.
5. Wide threshold design to accommodate different inline FLEURCO shower door* configurations.
6. Leveled to floor trench drain with cover.
7. Removable stainless steel decorative drain cover for ease of maintenance.
8. Applicable certification; CSA  and IAPMO.
