Due to COVID health and safety regulations implemented by the Government of Quebec, FLEURCO is introducing its new procedures for local pick ups at our Montreal location. Effective Monday, February 15th, and until further notice, All customers and/or stores must follow the below procedures:
**An email request must be sent to Elena Canci firstname.lastname@example.org 24-48 Hours prior to pick up. Once you are booked, an email confirmation will be sent by Elena with your pick-up appointment date and time.
Note for Stores:
You must re-confirm with our Customer Service team prior to sending the Pick-up request to verify if the stock is available.
When sending the request email, you must include the SO# provided by Customer Service at the time of re-confirming inventory availability to ensure that we can identify the order in our distribution office upon arrival.
Upon arrival, the customer must provide their SO# to the person at the door. Our staff will load the product(s) into small trucks, vans and pick-up trucks. The customer may stay in their vehicle to ensure a safe distance from our team members.
Unfortunately, if the customer arrives late to their booked appointment, Fleurco may not be able to load their product(s) and the customer may need to go through the process of re-booking an appointment date and time.

This letter is to advise you that we are experiencing some shipping delays due to Covid-19 as well as shipping delays from overseas factories.
As many of you may have known, we experienced a Covid-19 outbreak at our Montreal warehouse in late December which required us to completely shutdown operations for a few days. Subsequently, for the safety of our employees, we have not been able to operate at full staff since the outbreak but we are attempting to add staff slowly and safely to ensure we avoid another outbreak.
We are also experiencing shipping delays coming from our overseas factories. Lead times have increased significantly and we are adjusting our stock levels to compensate for the delay.
At Fleurco, our primary goal has always been to ship and service all of our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most orders are being shipped on time but please understand that going forward, there might be some delays in shipping times. Also, please understand that our customer service team members are working from their homes so, in certain cases, there may be some small delays in their response times.
All of our staff are working 24/7 to ensure we continue to give you the kind of service that you are used to from the Fleurco team.

We are happy to announce that we have resumed operations in our Montreal location while respecting the Quebec government guidelines. We continue to monitor the situation as it unfolds while we maintain the following regulations until further notice:
The majority of our staff continues to work from home while those that are working in our office must maintain the social distancing guidelines set in place by the World Health Organization.
We continue to restrict outside visitors and guests from entering our facilities at all times. We are here to help you by phone and by email during normal office hours as we remain focused on delivering the best quality and service to each and every one of our customers.

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, the government of Québec has requested that we minimize our Montréal operations, which consists of our head office and main warehouse. This request is effective immediately until May 4th.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause you.

The health and well-being of everyone is at risk at this moment and we understand the necessity of asking people to remain at home during this period of time.
